My job fits in one sentence: turn a business need into something you can watch run — a demo, a POC, an architecture. I started at SAS in institutional reporting, became a BI/dataviz manager, then moved to Tableau pre-sales, and I’m now a Lead Solution Engineer across the Salesforce ecosystem, between Data Cloud, Agentforce and the Tableau platform.
The through-line has never changed: helping teams actually use their data. What changes is the tool — from the dashboard to the AI agent — and that’s exactly what I find most exciting right now.
